TERMS AND CONDITIONS: Payment received less than 10 working days from departure, must be cash, cashiers check, or credit card. Charter rates herein are based on information supplied by the charter party. Changes in the itinerary or equipment may result in a fee change for the charter. A $25.00 check return fee will be charged on all returned checks. Customer is responsible for all collection fees, should they be incurred. Charter party is required to pay all tolls, fees and lodging for the driver(s) when required unless otherwise arranged. Gratuities are not included in the contract chargers and are voluntary.

CANCELLATION POLICY: A 21-day notice is required for deposit refund. Cancellation with less than 21 days forfeits deposit. After the bus has been dispatched, fee will be a 5-hour minimum charge plus all accrued mileage charges.

DRIVER RESPONSIBILITIES: Federal law allows a driver to drive 10 hours of the maximum 15 hours on duty. Driver must have 9 hours off duty prior to resuming duty. For an extra charge, relief drivers may be provided for additional hours. Motor coaches are designed for hard surface roadways. Charter party will respect driver’s discretion to travel on unpaved or dirt roads.

GROUP RESPONSIBILITIES: Detailed itineraries required 10 days prior to departure date. Itinerary not matching contract may result in additional charges. Party leader should be familiar with video equipment prior to departure, as they must operate it during transit. Federal laws prohibit the display of copyrighted material in public.

Party leader is responsible for maintaining a reasonable level of proper conduct of the group. Interior must be protected from soiled clothing and footwear. Excessive debris or damage to the motor coach (exterior or interior) by the charter party will result in damage charges. Payment of satisfactory restitution is required prior to the end of the trip. Alta Loma Charter, Inc. is not responsible for lost items left on motor coach.

Liability of carrier is limited to transportation only, excluding all losses due to delays in transit, interruption or termination of trip due to weather, act of god, mechanical breakdowns or any other reasons beyond the control of the carrier. In case of termination, carrier will not be liable for any expenses such as food or room or lost prepaid reservations due to delays.
